Instead of trying to access these articles on sites that require subscriptions and payment, access those articles in the Keiss Library research databases. As a GMercyU student, you have free access to articles in the research databases that you would be required to purchase on the internet. If Keiss Library does not have access, you can submit an Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and we will obtain the article for you free of charge!
To find articles through Keiss Library, go to the Keiss library's homepage, click on E-Resources, then Journals. Type in the name of the journal here to see whether we have electronic access to it. If we do, you can then use the date, volume, and issue to locate the individual article within the journal.
If we do not have electronic access to this article in the Keiss Library research databases, you can request it from another library at no charge through our Interlibrary Loan service. Fill out the online request form by going to Keiss library's homepage, click on Library Requests, then Interlibrary Loan. You can then request the article using this FORM. We will obtain the article for you and send it to your GMercyU email address in 1-4 days. Click HERE to watch a short video on how to request an article through Interlibrary Loan.
Please note: Off-campus users will need to login by clicking the "Connect from Off-Campus" button on the library home page using their GMercyU credentials to search library resources and submit Interlibrary loan requests.
Please visit the Interlibrary Loan page for more information! You can also link Google Scholar to Keiss Library resources for easier searching. To learn how, visit our Google Scholar Guide!
