If you are requesting a chapter from a book that we have in the Keiss Library collection, you will need to come here to the Library to get the book.  To check whether the book is in Keiss Library, go to KeissCat, the Library's online catalog, on the Library's homepage (under the pull-down menu Library Catalogs.)

If the book is owned by another library, you can place a request through our Interlibrary Loan service and we will try to get the book chapter for you electronically for free.  Fill out the online request form by clicking on Interlibrary Loan (under the Research Help pull-down menu) on the Library's homepage.

Please feel free to contact the Reference Desk at library@gmercyu.edu or 215-646-7300 ext. 21484 if you have any additional questions.
