It sounds like you may be using KeisSearch, which is the search box on our homepage that searches everything the library owns (books, DVDs, ebooks as well as journal articles) at one time. Instead, try searching in a particular database. On the Library's homepage, under Resources pull-down menu, click on Databases A to Z. Here you can select an individual database depending on the subject area you are researching.
If you encounter the Full Text Finder link within the database under an article, click on it and it should take you to another database where that article is available. Without knowing exactly which article you are looking for it's hard to give you specific instructions to get to the full text of the article. If you have trouble at this point again, please write again with the article you need and we can give you more specific instructions.
