We will be happy to explain how you can go about locating these articles and books using the Library's resources.

First, check the Electronic Journals List on the Library's homepage (under the Resources pull-down menu) to see whether we have access to the journals electronically.  Once you locate the journal in one of the Library's databases you can use the publication date, volume/issue and page number to locate the article within it.

Second, check KeissCat, the Library's online catalog on the Library's homepage (under the Library Catalogs pull-down menu) to see whether we have the books that you need here in the library.  Type in the exact title of the book and change the pull-down menu to Title and then click search.  Be sure to write down the call number of the book to find it on the shelf.

Third, place requests for articles and books that we do not have in Keiss Library through our Interlibrary Loan service to get them from another library free of charge.  Use the online request form on the Library's homepage (under the Research Help pull-down menu).

If you have any questions or difficulty searching for these materials, please give us a call at the Reference Desk at 215-646-7300 ext. 21484.
