The Library does not rent textbooks, but we do have some textbooks that may be borrowed and some that may be used here in the Library.  If you wish to rent a textbook, you will need to contact the Campus Bookstore at 215-646-7300 ext. 21468.

The Library does not have copies of every textbook for every class, but we do have some copies that have been placed on Reserve by instructors.  These textbooks are located at the Circulation Desk in the Library lobby and they may only be used in the Library.  They cannot be borrowed and taken out of the Library.

There are a few textbooks that can be borrowed. To check whether the Library has the book you need, go to KeissCat, the Library's online catalog, (under the pull-down menu Library Catalogs) on the Library's homepage.  Type in the exact title of the book you need and change the pull-down menu to Title.   If the book is available, you will see a screen with all of the information about the book, including its call number and its location in the Library.  These books can be borrowed for three weeks.  You may renew the borrowing period two times if no on else requests the book while you have it.

If you have any questions about finding a book, please ask the librarians at the Reference Desk or give us a call at 215-646-7300 ext. 21484.
