Your best bet for finding articles for your research paper is to use the database CINAHL Complete.  To access this database, go the Library's homepage at gmercyu.edu/library.  Click on Databases A to Z (under the pull-down menu Resources) and then find the database CINAHL Complete in the alphabetical list.

If you are having trouble finding articles on your topic, you may need to use different search terms.  Check the database thesaurus by clicking on CINAHL Subject Headings at the top of the screen.  Type in your topic words and see whether the database suggests alternate terms to use instead.  (For example, if you type in "bed sores", the database will suggest that you use "pressure ulcers" instead).  Then try searching using these suggested terms or subject headings and you will find more articles and all of the articles on your topic in the database.

Please ask the librarians at the Reference Desk or give us a call at 215-646-7300 ext. 21484 if you have any questions.
