The best research database to use for finding articles about HR management would be Business Source Premier. To access this database, go to the Library's homepage and click on Databases A to Z (under the pull-down menu Resources). You will find the research database Business Source Premier in the alphabetical list.
In Business Source Premier, enter the term Human Resources in one search box and Management in another box, click search. You will see over 100,000 results, but you can narrow this down by using the tools in the left column, for example Full-text and Publication Date. To access the full-text of articles that you find, click on the PDF Full-text or HTML Full-text links below the information about each article.
