To access the research databases when you are off-campus you need to enter your GMercyU username and password (the same that you use to access your email and Blackboard). Be sure that you are entering your username WITHOUT the "@gmercyu.edu" at the end. Also, be sure that you are entering your password correctly. Check to make sure that your password is not saved incorrectly in your browser's history/cache.
