For most nursing topics, the best research database to use for finding articles in nursing journals is CINAHL Complete. To access CINAHL Complete from the Library's homepage, click on Databases A to Z (under the pull-down menu Resources). You will find CINAHL Complete listed alphabetically here.
In CINAHL Complete, type in skin integrity in one box and intervention in the second box. Be sure to use the tools in the left column to limit and narrow down your search.
